4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

5. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch, subject to rights afforded under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Due to hygiene and sanitary considerations, opened or used cosmetic products are not eligible for return except where required by law.

7. Consumer Rights (CPA Compliance)

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights afforded to consumers under the South African Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and the CPA, the CPA shall prevail.

8. Intellectual Property
