Due to hygiene and sanitary standards, Obsidian Beard Co. does not accept returns or exchanges on any hair or beard care products once they have been delivered. This policy is in place to protect our customers from the potential risk of contamination.

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will do our utmost to resolve the issue promptly.

For this reason, refunds or returns cannot be offered due to personal preference, scent choice, skin or hair response, or perceived performance.
